This little piggy becomes a godmother

Reasons why I haven't blogged lately:

• Moved into a cosy little apartment
• Everyone wants everything done before the New Year
• I bribed the petstore owner so that Pebble the hamster could come to live with me
• Everyone wants everything done before the New Year
• Caught a nasty cold that won't go away
• Everyone wants everything done before the New Year
• Pebble had a surprise — babies

In other words: How to Become an Instant Godmother (just add water!). The crash course on how to care for mum and babies has been a fast and somewhat sleepless journey.

We're almost onto day 7, Mummy Pebble and the Little Rocks are doing quite well. *fingers crossed* Anyone fancy a baby hammy for Christmas?
